I was glad to Hear that
your farther [father?] and Mother and
Brothers all well and sisters
and also that Robert and wife
is goying [going?] to live in my old Houses
I wish them all sorts of good luck
that the may live long and die
happy and be able to conker [conquer?]
the Robinsons and Ann Kely [Kelly?]
for I wood [would?] as soon live beside
the Devil I wish them all sorts
of good luck on that place
that what John Stevenson Sinclair
wishes them god bliss [bless?] them
every day the rise and my [---?]
and god curs [curse?] on Kelly and the
robinsons that what I say about
them, you can read this to tilda Combs

and Patrick Heron the [they?] are the
