Mr V F  Sir Its [It's?] with
the grats [gratest?] of pleasure
that I read fifth Edition
of the penney [penny] emigrants
guide to find as I
may Call it a grand
Book indeed, and it
is full of information
and incureagement [encouragement?].
and I am glad that
I have one and given 1
away and the men
gratly [grately] praifsing [praising?] them
And I thank you
Sir for the gift of
the spishal [special?] report
I would recommend
every one to you
for information
before they emigrate
to the United States
and although you
cannot inform me of
the service trade yet
thank for what you
don [done?] sir
and as you no ganes [gains?]
out of that six postage
stamps I send you fore [four?]
pence moor [more?] for the
same purpose Irish
female emigration.
and if you can send me
any further idea of the
service trade I will pay
you for your trouble
and thankful to you
