On Saturday last was launched from the ship yard of
Mr. William Ritchie [Richie?], a handsome brig rigged
vessel of 150 tons burthen, the property of the
company of Liverpool and London Traders.  She is named
the Neptune & will be commanded by Capt. Dillon.
