SENEIRL FARM -ADVERTISEMENT FROM COLERAINE CHRONICLE (29 November 1862)
AUCTION OF EXCELLENT FARM, STOCK, CROP, FARMING IMPLEMENTS, AND HOUSEHOLD
FURNITURE, AT SINERL,
On MONDAY, the 8th DECEMBER,
As the Propietors are about to Emigrate.
THE FARM is very favourably circumstanced,
being held under Sir E. W. MACNAGHTEN, Bart., by
Lease, during the Lives of Daniel Givin, Esq., of Coleraine,
and Mr. William McKeown, of Sinerl, at the Yearly Rent of only
£1 sterling per annum. There is one House on the Farm, let at
£3 per annum, so that there is £2 of income; and the Farm
contains 18 acres, Cunningham measure, all arable.

Full particulars will be given by the Proprietors to
intending purchasers up to the day of Sale, at which £25
will be required on the purchaser being declared, and
the remainder on getting possession, which will be within
one week from day of Sale.
     Also, at the same time, the entire Crop, Stock,
and Implements, consisting of 6 good Corn Stacks, 1 do.
Meadow Hay, about 1 acre Swede and Aberdeen Turnips, an
excellent Farming Mare, 3 years old, with good Cart, and
Harness, six Cows, three Pigs, Plough Brakes, Harrows, and
other Farming Implements, with a good Gun, Saddle, Bridle,
&c.
     The Furniture consists of Tables, Chairs, Presses,
Bedsteads, and Feather Beds and Bedding, an excellent
Eight-day Clock, with a large number of articles too numerous
for insertion.
Sale to commence at 10 o'clock prompt, in order to sell all
in one day.
Terms   Cash at Sale for all Chattels, and for the Farm as
above.
