 This Indenture Made the seventh day eight hundred and
seventy nine Between Ellen Crothers of Lacken
in the County of Down, Widow of the one part, and John
McClorey formerly of Lisnavaghrog in the Couty of Down
farmer but now residing at No 1206 twenty first street,
Washington D. C. United States of America of the other
part Whereas by an Indenture dated the thirty first day of
January one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight and
expressed to be made between the said John McClorey
(party hereto) of the one part and the said Ellen Crothers
(party hereto) of the other part in consideration of the
sum of one hundred and ten pounds advanced to him, the said
John McClorey by the said Ellen Crothers, he the said John
McClorey did thereby assign unto the said Ellen Crothers her
x x x  executors, administrators and assigns (with other lands
therein described and which have been already released from the
said mortgage and mortgage debt  All that farm piece or
parcel of land in the possesssion of the said John
McClorey containing nineteen acres, three roods and sixteen
perches English statute measure situate in the townland of
Lisnavaghrog, Parish of Drumballyroney Barony of Upper Iveagh
and County of Down as thereinafter more particulary mentioned
and declared and hereinafter x x expressed to be reassigned. To
hold the same unto the said Ellen Crothers her executors
administrators and assigns for all the term, estate, title,
and interest of him the said John McClorey therein Subject to
the proviso for redemption therein contained. And whereas the
said principal sum of one hundred and ten pounds only remains
owing to the said Ellen Crothers on the security of the
hereinbefore recited Indenture all interest
therein having been paid up to the date of these
presents and the said John McClorey is desirous of paying off
the said sum of one hundred and ten pounds and of having such
Re-conveyance as is hereinafter contained Now this Indenture
witnesseth that in consideration of the premises and of the sum
of one huundred and ten pounds this day paid by the said John Mc
Clorey to the said Ellen Crothers (the receipt whereof
the said Ellen Crothers doth hereby acknowledge) she the
said Ellen Crothers dothby these presents reassign and assure
unto the said John McClorey his executors administrators
and assigns All that farm piece or parcel of land in the
possession of the said John McClorey containing nineteen acres,
three roods and sixteen perches English Statute measure
or thereabouts which he the said John McClorey holds as
a tenancy from year to year under Andrew Cowan Esquire
subject to the yearly rent of twenty six pounds thirteen
shillings and six pence which said farm is situate in the
townland of Lismavaghrog, Parish of Drumballyroney, Barony
of Upper Iveagh and County of Down with the houses and
buildings thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
And all the Estate right title, interest claim and demand
of the said Ellen Crothers in to and upon the said premises
or any part thereof To hold the said premises unto the said
John McClorey his executors administrators and assigns for all
the term, estate, title and interest of her the said Ellen
Crothers therein discharged from the said Mortgage debt
of one hundred and ten pounds and all interest for the same
and from all claims under the hereinbefore recited Indenture
of Mortgage. And the said Ellen Crothers doth hereby for
herself her heirs executors and administrators covenant with
the said John McClorey his heirs executors administrators
and assigns that she hath not done or knowingly suffered
or been party or privy to anything whereby the said premises
or any part thereof are is or can be impeached, incumbered,
or affected in title, Estate, or otherwise howsoever In Witness
whereof the parties aforesaid have hereunto subscribed
their names and affixed their seals the day and year first
hereinafter Written

A Memorial of this deed was entered in the Registry Office in
the City of Dublin on the 5th day
of February 18th 79 2 minutes after
2 O'Clock in Book 6 No 170 and the
execution of said deed and
Memorial was duly proved.  Fees 91
