We have pleasure of informing the friends of the passengers who sailed in the brig Rachel, Captain Thomas Suter, from the port of Newry, in Autumn last, that she arrived safe at New-York, all well, the 4th of November, after a passage of seven weeks from Scotland, where she had been obliged to put in by contrary winds.
