John George. By Divine Providence, Lord Archbishop of
Armagh Primate and Metropolitan of all Ireland. To
William Rusk Junior of Ballier in the Parish of Armagh
in the County and Diocese of Armagh natural and
Lawful Brother and one of the rest of kin of Samuel
Rusk late of New Brunswick in North America who died
a Bachelor : -
  Greeting : - Whereas the said Deceased, as is alleged,
lately died Intestate. We therefore being Desirous
that the Goods, chattels and credits of the said
Deceased may be well and faithfully administered
applied, and disposed of, according to Law. Do
therefore by these Presents, grant full power and
authority to you in whose fidelity we confide, to
administer and faithfully to Dispose of the Goods,
chattels and credits of the said Deceased and to ask
demand recover and receive whatever debts and credits
whilst living and at the time of his Death Did anyway
belong to his estate, and to pay whatever debts the
said Deceased at the time of his death did owe, so far
as such goods chattels and credits will [en?] [torn]
and the law requires :  You being sworn well and
faithfully to administer the same, and to make a
true and perfect Inventory of all and singular, the
Goods chattels and credits, and to exhibit the same
unto the Registry of our consistorial court of Armagh
when lawfully required : and also render a just and true
account of your said administration, in our said Court
when thereunto lawfully required : -
  And we do by virtue of these Presents, ordain nominate
and constitute you the said William Rusk administrator
of all and singular the said Goods credits and chattels
of said Deceased (saving the right of all other persons
whatsoever) in testimony whereof the Seal of the said court
is to these presents affixed the 28th Day of March in
the year of our lord 1840
