EMIGRATION.

The following Vessels sail punctually on their
appointed days from Liverpool:-

TO NEW YORK,
THE SOUTHERNER,
On the 26th of March.
THE ROCHESTER,
On the 6th of Apri [April?].
TO BOSTON,
JOSHUA BATES
On the 20th of April.

These Ships are of great magnitude, and superior class,
and need no recommendation to those who have inspected
and seen them; they possess all the conveniences to render
passengers comfortable; and are established as fast sailors;
and being known as Packets, their dates of sailing will be
strictly adhered to.
       Goods, Parcels, Packages, and Merchandise, forwarded to
any part of the United States and Canada; and every
description of Mercantile and Agency Business transacted.
       Drafts and letters of credit given for any sums to suit
Applicants.
       Letters intended to be sent by our EXPRESS should be
at hand the THIRD of April, to be forwarded with our
DUBLIN DISPATCH.

                        LANDS.
for sale in the Western States of ILLINOIS,
MICHIGAN, and WISCONSIN, with a stipulation to
purchase at any term of the Lease.

Those States are most strongly recommended for
excellence of Climate and Fertility of Soil.
