"White Star" Ex-Royal Mail Clippers
The Owners of the above Line have arranged to send
one of their well-known and fast sailing Clippers
periodically to Victoria, Vancouver's Island. This
branch of their passenger service will be performed
by one of the undermentioned and other celebrated
clippers, most of which have been employed in H.M.
Postal Services.

The splendid clipper "Electric" will be despatched as the
packet of the 10th November. She is now on her third
voyage, and has proved herself to be a remarkably fast and
powerful ship. Her accommodations for all classes of
passengers are of the best character. The saloon is a roomy
and elegant apartment, and passengers in this class are
found (if required) in bedding, linen, and all necessaries
for the voyage. Intending passengers would do well to embrace
this excellent opportunity, as they will have a summer passage
nearly the whole way, and avoid the inconvenience and expense
of the overland route.
For freight or passage apply to the owners, H. J. Wilson &
Chambers, 21 Water Street, Liverpool; or to M. R. Bell, Agent,
Russell Street.
