Charlotte M MacCulloch to Albert Campbell 11 October 1931. Page 33
Page 33 October 11th 1931 My dear Albert Enclosed is not very relevant, but the P.S. lets us know who is claiming. I think we are nearer kin than those people to Campbell money. This came last night and I send it on. I fear "Charles" won’t help the cause much! We need to be told when we were children about the formal child who said to the Katydid "Pray tell me my sweet Katydid and what did Katy do"? Mary is always writing, at cousins of Charles — and uncles licked his lips and looked "divilish knowing" over her “darter”[?], as he called her, but we were not interested and didn’t ask anything about her. Love to both from both. Yours C.M.McC Transcribed by Brian McCroryClose
