EMIGRATION FROM AGHERTON._ During the six months ending 1st
Nov., 1851., one hundred and fourteen persons, chiefly from
the labouring classes, have left this parish, viz., fourteen
to Australia, and one hundred to the United States of
America. During the above period, we had, in the parish
fourteen births and fourteen deaths, leaving leaving our
small population minus one hundred and fourteen. The friends
of those who emigrated to America, have already received the
sum of £124._ Derry Sentinel.
