A BILL To explain and amend an Act of the Parliament of Ire/and, passed in the 38th year of the reign of His Majesty King George the Third, for the better ascertaining the Amount, and securing the Paj'ment, of the Bills of Costs of Proctors, employed in carrying on and defending Suits, and transacting business in the High Court of Admiralty, in His Majesty's Court of Prerogative, in the Court of Delegates, and in all Ecclesiastical Courts within Ire/and.

George the Third, intituled, " An Act for the better ascertaining " the amount, and securing the payment, of the Bills of Cost of " Proctors, employed in carrying on and defending suits, and trans-'' acting business in the high court of Admiralty, in His Majesty's " court of Prerogative, in the court of Delegates, and in all " Ecclesiastical Courts within the kingdom of ire/awa'," it was amongst other things provided, That " from and after the first day of June one thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight, no Proctor of His Majesty's court of Prerogative, or of His Majesty's high court of Admiralty, court of Delegates, or of any Ecclesiastical Court in this kingdom, should commence or maintain any action or suit, at law or otherwise, for the recovery of any fees charges or disburse-ments, which should on or before the first day of June one thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight, or at any time after the said day, be or become due or owing to him, in any proceedings in any of the said courts, until the expiration of one month or more, after
