were 17 days ill; one 60 years, and the other 57 ; came in and died in 48hours.
-One, 12 days ill, died in 48 hours; one, 21 days ; came in dying; 36 hours in the House.
One, 15 days ill with Hemptesis ; died the third day.
One, 11 days ill wilh Inflammation of Liver; died fourth day.
One, 4 weeks ill, came in with relapse of Fever, and died the 5II1 day.
One, 3 weeks ill, was cured the 6th day after admission, relapsed in leu days alter, and died on
the 7th day.
„ One, came in such a state of debility that the 4-ulse were never perceptible; he died on the
20th day.
One, quile recovered from fever, got a sudden hemorrhage from the lungs, and died on the 4th day
afier admission.
From this it will appear, that of the number who could be considered fair subjects for hospital treatment, say 225, only four died.
