During the year the following monuments were offered to the Board by the Estates Commissioners under Section 14 of the Irish Land Act, 1903 :—
Cloghanower Castle, County Galway.
Scarteenakillin Stone Cahir, County Cork.
Turcarra Obelisk, County Armagh.
Tynan Celtic Cross, County Armagh.
Of these the Board have accepted Tynan Celtic Cross, County Armagh.
The following monuments have been offered by the Congested Districts Board : —
Doonbally Castle, County Galway.
Doorog Castle, County Leitrim.
Luffertaun Castle, County Mayo.
Newtown Castle, County Leitrim.
Tolendal Castle, County Galway.
The condition of each of these monuments and other circumstances connected therewith have been carefully investigated, but it has not been found practicable to accept the guardianship of them.
The guardianship of Kiltiernan Church, County Galway, was offered to the Board by a private owner, and is still under consideration.
During the past year repairs varying in extent have been effected at the following National Monuments vested under the provisions of the Irish Church Act of 1869 :—

Seven Churches, &c, Aran Islands, County Galway.
Aghadoe Cathedral, County Kerry.
Ballintaggert Ogham Circle, County Kerry.
Gallavas Church, County Kerry.
Kilmalkedar Church, County Kerry.
Fertagh Round Tower, County Kilkenny.
Kilree Round Tower, County Kilkenny.
St.
