Pallas River Drainage District, Co. 
Tipperary—A final inspection of the works was made in June, 1907, when they were found practically complete, and the balance of the loan of £2,622 was issued, W finding themselves short of funds to meet the whole of the expenses incurred, the Drainage Board applied for a supplemental loan of £150, which was approved by the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury in September, and under which a sum of £100 was issued. 
The district was brought to award on 8th October, 1907. 
Farney Bridge and Ballynahow Drainage District, Co. 
Tipperary.—The 
works in this district "were reported as practically complete in August, 1907, but the^cost having exceeded the amount of the original loan, the Drainage Board applied for a supplemental loan of £150, which was approved by the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury in January last, and duly issued. 
The district was brought to award at the close of the financial year. 

Drainage Maintenance.

Lower Inny Drainage District, Counties Longford and Westmeath.—As 
pre¬ viously reported, the works in this district were completed in 1906-7. 
The charging order was issued under date 14th August, 1907. 
Deel Drainage District, Counties Meath and Westmeath.—As 
previously reported, the works in this district were completed in 1906-7. 
The charging order was issued under date 10th August, 1907. 
Boley Drainage District, Co. 
Galway.—-Some 
further work was done in this district and the trustees reported in December last that it was in excellent order. 
No opportunity has since arisen for inspecting it, but no further complaints of its condition have been received by the Board. 
Hind River Drainage District, Co. 
Roscommon.—Complaint 
was made by the trustees of this District that their interests suffered by the high level at which the waters of Lough Ree are kept owing to the sluices at Athlone not being opened in time oi flood. 
It was pointed out to them that the system of sluices on the Shannon has to be worked as a whole, with due regard 

' to the interests above and below, and that so far from any of the works carried out by the Board having prejudiced the lands m the Hind River District, these latter had been benefited by mem. 
Cahore Drainage District, Co. 
Wexford.—Cowplsaiit 
having been made as to the condition of some of the drains in this District, an inspection was made in August, J.yu/,
