To hold for life, with a fee of 2s. 
English a clay for two masters of galleys, and 8d. 
a day each for 30 other men. 
He shall maintain four galleys, for the transport of soldiers, munition, and victuals, across the river to the countries of O Rwarke, 0 Farrole Boie, OFarrole Bane, 0 Melaughlen, M'Coghlane, the M'Egans, 0 Carroll, Ormund, the three races of O Kenides, MTbrien Arra, the 0 Mulrians, MTbrien Ogownaughe, Bicardmor of Glanwilliam, on the east side, and also to the countries of M'Dermot, 0 Brien, 0 Conor Boe, 0 Conor Doin, the O Kellies on the east of the river Suck, the 0 Kellies on the west of that river, 0 Madden, Ricardmor, the 0 Gradies, M'Nemarra, and the Brines, on the west of the Shenin. 
He is empowered to remove weirs which impede the navigation, those belonging to the manor and abbeys of Athlone excepted. 
Anyone having a boat used for transport¬ ing goods to the disobedient Irish or rebels to be bound by recog¬ nizance.
