Provide that in oases of a Poll at an Election for Poor Law a.d. i874.
Guardians in Ireland the Votes shall be taken by Ballot.


WHEREAS it is expedient to provide that in ail contested
elections for poor law guardians in Ireland the poll shall he
taken by ballot;


Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with
5 the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and TemjDoral, and
Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority
