RETURNS " of the Cases in which Poor Persons removed from England to Ireland, 

since the Passing of the Act 25 Vict. 
c. 
76, have not been Ordered by the Warrant to be sent to the Place in Ireland to which they ought to have been sent in pursuance of the Provisions of the said Act; and the Names of the Justices, Stipendiary Magistrates, or Metropolitan Police Magistrates signing the Warrant in each Case:" 

" Of the Cases in which Poor Persons removed from England to Ireland, since the 

Act 25 Vict. 
c. 
76, have in consequence of Irregularity, either in the Warrant of Removal or in the Removal itself, become Chargeable to Unions in Ireland, to which, if they had been legally and properly Removed, they would not have become Chargeable:" 

" And, of the Names and Ages of the Women and Children who have been sent as 

Deck Passengers from England to Ireland, in violation of the Sixth Section of the Act 25 Vict. 
c. 
76, between the 1st day of October 1861 and the 31st day of March 1862 ; also between the 1st day of October^ 1862 and the present time."
