WE, the Ecclesiastical Commissioners for Ireland, whose hands and cor¬ porate seal are hereunto annexed, beg leave, in pursuance of the pro¬ visions of the Act 3 & 4 Will.

37, to submit to your Excellency the Report of the proceedings of the Commissioners for the year which ended the 1st of August 3 862, and to subjoin an account of their receipts and disbursements, distin¬ guishing the specific sources from which all moneys have been derived, and the specific purposes to which they have been applied; also, an account of their receipts and disbursements in relation to Primate Boulter's and Primate Robin¬ son's Funds.
The sums appropriated at the usual annual special meeting of the Board in November 1861, for the several Church Works of this year, amounted to 44,568/.

was set apart towards the completion of 10 Churches undertaken in former years, and 6,850 /.
towards erecting 10 new Parish and District Parochial Churches ; 2,871/.

to complete the amounts required for the enlargement of 15 Churches already partially provided for, and 3 0,935/.
towards the enlargement of 24 other Churches, and the residue, amounting to 22,540/.

Id, was appropriated to the repairs of Churches, and for fencing Churchyards, including the expenses connected with carrying out these several works.
