RETURNS "from the Clerks of the respective Unions from the Chaplain's Report Book, saying how many different Chaplains have held Office in each Workhouse, and what has been the Length of their respective Terms of Office; what are the Duties required of the Chaplain; and what the several Services and Attendances they have, performed and made during each Week and Year:"
