RETURN to an Order of the Honourable The Housce of Commons, 

dated 4 August 1859 ',—for, 

A RETURN " of the several Counties or Districts, or Baronies of Counties, in Ireland, Proclaimed under the Provisions of the Crime and Outrage Act3 from the Period of the Passing of that Act in 1847 to its discontinuance in the Session of 1856 ; specifying the particular Crime or Outrage for which each particular County, District, or Barony, was so Proclaimed, the Date of each such Proclamation, and likewise of the withdrawal of such Proclamation :" 

c And, similar Return respecting1 the Peace Preservation Act, passed in 

1856, and to expire in 1860."
