ARRANGEMENT OF CLAUSES.


Preamble recites 7 & 8 Vict. c. 81. and 9 & 10 Vict. c. 72.


Short Title; 1.


Recited Acts incorporated ; 2.


Interpretation Clause ; 3.


Power to Lord Lieutenant to alter existing Districts, and form new
Districts and Sub-Districts, and to appoint Registrars and Assistant
Registrars thereto; 4.


Registrar and Assistant Registrar may appoint a Deputy ; 5.


Registrars to reside in their Districts ; 6.


Register Books of Births and Deaths to be provided; 7.


Books, &c. to be furnished from Her Majesty's Stationery Office; 8.
