BILL
to
A
Provide for the Withdrawal from the College of
Maynooth of any Endowment out of the Con¬
solidated Fund, due Regard being had to vested
Rights or Interests. ^
'HEREAS the Privilege of Incorporation and the Powers
and Immunities conferred on the Trustees of the College
of Maynooth, and the Grant authorized by an Act passed
in the Session of Parliament holden in the Eighth and Ninth Years of
5 Her present Majesty, Chapter Twenty-five, ought to be discontinued :
Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with
the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and
Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority
of the same,
10 I. That so much of the said Act as incorporates the Trustees of
the said College be and the same is hereby repealed.
II. Provided always. That the several Persons who at the Time of
the passing of this Act shall be Members of the said Corporation shall
be and continue Trustees of the said College, and shall have all such
