or who have lost the Sight of One Eye, or whose Sight has become permanently Impaired in the Workhouses of the Kanturk Union during the present and past Year distinguishing the Number in each Year " COPIES of any Medical Reports which have been made by Order 

of the Poor Law Commissioners on the Prevalence of Eye Diseases, their Treatment, and the probable Causes of their Virulence in these Workhouses:" C£ And, Dates and Extracts of Copies or Reports made to the 

Commissioners by Poor Law Inspectors, calling their Attention to the Prevalence of this Disease in the Union, and of Resolutions of the Board of Guardians on the Subject."

"" A groat majority of those suffering from impaired vision will recover good sight as the lymph deposits on the cornea aro becoming absorbed, and most of them have only slightly impaired vision of one eye.
