w HEREAS by the Act of the Eleventh Year of Her Majesty, Preamble.

and Appointment of Commissioners for administering the Laws for the Relief of the Poor in Ireland, Secretaries, Inspectors, and 5 other Officers: And whereas by an Act of the Fifteenth Year of Her Majesty, Chapter Sixty-eight, Provisions were made for the Appoint¬ ment of Two Persons, who, together with the Commissioners appointed under the said first-recited Act, should be " The Commissioners for " administering the Laws for the Relief of the Poor in Ireland:'1 And 10 whereas the above-mentioned Provisions of the said first-recited Act will expire at the End of the Session of Parliament held next after the Twenty-second Day of July in the present Year, and it is expedient that the Commission for administering the Laws for the Relief of the Poor in Ireland, as constituted under said recited Acts, should be continued 15 for a limited Time : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Ex¬ cellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, That the Commissioners appointed by Her Majesty the Queen, or to be appointed by Her Majesty, Her Heirs and Successors, under the Authority of the said
