Existing Charges of Ministers Money to cease; Sect. 
1. 
Average of Charge of Ministers Money during Three Years ending 31st December 1852 to be ascertained, all Houses rated to the Poor under 10/. 
being deducted, and Amounts to be certified to Collector General of Rates, Town Clerks, and Clerks to Boards of Guardians ; 2. 
The Sum so certified to be raised in each Parish by means of a Rate upon all Houses now chargeable, except those rated under 10/.; 
3. 
Sums raised to be paid over to the Paymaster of Civil Services, and be by him transferred to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners ; 4. 
How Monies are to be recovered in case of Default to raise the same by Rates under this Act; 5. 
Owners or Occupiers may redeem; 6. 
Redemption Monies to be paid to Ecclesiastical Commissioners in like Manner as Monies arising from Rates ; 7-Ecclesiastical Commissioners to pay to Incumbents 80/. 
per Cent, on Three Years Average of the Sums now payable for Ministers Money; 8. 
Ecclesiastical Commissioners may invest Monies; 9-Savings to be applied for the Augmentation of Benefices or increasing the Number of Clergymen in the said Cities and Towns; 10.
