RETURN to an Order of the Honourable The House of Commons, 

dated 11 April 1851;—^/br, 

RETURN " of the Deaths in the Kilrush and Ennistymon Workhouses, Hospitals, 

Infirmaries, and Auxiliaries, from the 25th day of March 1850 until the 25th day of March 1851, with the Name, Age, Sex, Cause of Death, Date of Death, Date of Admission, with the Observation of Medical Officer on each Case:" 

" COPY of the Dietary ordered or sanctioned by the Commissioners of Poor Laws, 

for all Classes in the Kilrush and Ennistymon Workhouses during the above Period, specifying the kind of Food used, and showing what Deviation there may have been (and under what Authority) from such prescribed Dietary within the same Period, particularly as regards the Diminution of Milk:" 

" COPY of any Correspondence between the Commissioners of Poor Laws, their 

Inspectors, and the Guardians of the Kilrush and Ennistymon Unions, with reference to the Mortality occurring within the respective Workhouses, and of their general Management, within the 25th day of March 1850 and the 25th day of March 1851 :" 

* And, RETURN of the Name, Rank, Salary, and Duty of each Officer and Servant 

at present Employed in the Workhouses of Kilrush and Ennisiymon"
