TO
Repeal certain Statutes relating to the Irish Branch of the United Church of England and Ireland.

WHEREAS several Acts have been passed in the Parliament Preamble,
of Ireland, and also in the Parliament of the United King, dom, to encourage the building of Ecclesiastical Residences, and to prevent Dilapidation therein, and to enable the Endowment, 5 Purchase, and Exchange of Glebe, Mensal, and Demesne Lands, and the Erection, Endowment of Proprietary and Parochial Chapels of Ease, and the Assignment of Pastoral Districts thereto, and the Endowment of Parishes and small Livings, and the Disappropriation of appropriate Parishes ; and it is expedient that the Provisions con-10 tained in such Acts of Parliament should be repealed, in order that
the same may be consolidated and amended : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, 15 That—

From and after the passing of this Act the several Acts herein-Repeal of after mentioned, or so much of such Acts as are herein-after specified ActSl or referred to, shall be repealed ; that is to say,
