RETURN to an Order of the Honourable The House of Commons, 

dated 29 April 1850;—-/or, RETURN " of the Name of every Person holding Office in each Ecclesiastical 

Court in Ireland, and of the Style and Duties of such Office, and a Description of the Tenure ofthe same-and in case any Office therein shall be performed by Deputy, the Place of Residence of the Principal Holder, and, the Nature of the Arrangement entered into with the Principal by the Deputy performing the Duties of such Office:" 

" Of the Scale of Fees demanded in respect of the proving of Wills or ofthe granting 

of Letters of Administration, whether in Common or Solemn Form, or in any contested Suit relating thereto, distinguishing the Offices in the Court in respect of which same shall be demanded, and the Amount of such Fees received in each of the Three Years ending the 1st day of April 1850, and of the Application of the same:" 

" Of the Names of all Contested Suits depending in the Court of Prerogative in 

Ireland, and in the Consistorial Court of Dublin, on the 20th day of April 1850, or at any Time within One Year previous to that Date, ancl of the Date of the First Proceeding taken in such Suits respectively, and of the Number of Court or Office Rules entered therein:" 

" Of the Number of Proctors practising in each Ecclesiastical Court in Ireland, 

and of the Scale of Fees allowed on Taxation to such Proctors in relation to any Business transacted by them ; and a Copy of any Order authorizing the demanding or Allowance of such Fees :" 

" And, of the Number of Bills of Costs taxed in the Court of Prerogative and 

High Court of Delegates in Ireland, and in the Consistorial Court of Dublin, in each of the Three Years ending the 20th day of April 1850, and the Names of the Causes respectively in which same were Taxed; and a Return ofthe Amount demanded at Foot of each Bill of Costs, and of the Amount disallowed by the Officer on such Taxation, and of the Name of the Officer taxing same,"
