l^flfclfiflfc^lsS it is expedient that the pious intentions of preamble-charitable persons should not be defeated by the conceal¬ ment and misapplication of their Donations and Bequests to public and private Charities in Ireland : 

g And whereas the provisions of the Act passed by the Parliament 3G.3. 
(I.) 

of Ireland, in the third year of his late Majesty King George the Third, intituled, " An Act for the better Discovery of Charitable Donations and Bequests," and of the Act passed by the Parliament of 40 g 3. 
(I.) 
Ireland in the fortieth year of the reign of his said late Majesty io King George the Third, intituled, " An Act to amend an Act passed 

in the third Year of his present Majesty King George the Third, intituled, ' An Act for the better Discovery of Charitable Donations and Bequests,' " have been found insufficient for such purposes ; and it is expedient and necessary that provision should be made for the 15 better management of such Charitable Donations and Bequests as 

have been heretofore made, and suclfcas hereafter may be made ;
