'_^/__d__T^^^^^'^> *l is expedient to consolidate and amend the Preamble, (flfitj Laws relating to Loan Societies in Ireland; BQfc «IfttttfOVt <_mactet>, by The QUEEN's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, 5 and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the 

^ Authority of the same, THAT from and after the passing of this Act, the several Acts hereinafter mentioned shall be, and the same are hereby repealed, save as hereinafter otherwise provided ; (that is to say) an Act passed in the fourth year of the reign of ,0 his Majesty King George the Fourth, intituled, " An Act for the 

Amendment of the Laws respecting Charitable Loan Societies in Ireland;" an Act passed in the tenth year of the same reign, intituled, " An Act to amend an Act of the fourth Year of his present Majesty for the Amendment of the Laws respecting Charitable Loan 15 Societies in Ireland;" an Act passed in the Session of Parliament 

held in the sixth and seventh years of the reign of his late Majesty King William the Fourth, intituled " An Act to amend the Laws relating to Loan Societies in Iieland;" and an Act passed in the Session of Parliament held in tlie first and second years of the 20 reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled, " An Act 

for the Amendment of the Laws relating to Loan Societies in Ire¬ land :" Provided always, That nothing in this Act contained shall extend to repeal any of the said recited Acts so far as they or any of them repeal any former Act or Acts, or so far as respects any act,
