it is expedient to abolish Compositions for Tithes in Ireland, and to substitute a Land Tax in lieu thereof, and to provide for the Redemption of such Land Tax; 315(1 it therefore (fcnattco, by The KING's most Excellent Majesty, by and with 5 the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and 

Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, THAT the right, title and interest of all persons in and to any Tithes or Compositions for Tithes arising or accruing due out of Lands in Ireland, on or at any time after the J^'r*^ day of AWew^er 10 Owe ^0#.ftz?2fi?
