For the Relief of the Owners of Tithes in Jre/anrf, and for the Amendment of an Act passed in the last Session of Parliament, intituled, " An Act to amend Three Acts passed respectively in the Fourth, Fifth, and Seventh and Eighth years of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, providing for the establishing of Compositions for Tithes in Jre/owd, and to make such Compositions permanent."

it is expedient to make provision for the purpose Preamble. 
VlAtePI' of removing the necessity for the collection of Tithes and Compositions for Tithes in ire/«w</ in this present year; and for the recovery of the Arrears of Tithes for the years One thousand eight ^ 

hundred and Thirty-one and One thousand eight hundred and Thirty-two, and to make an advance of Money, in lieu of Tithes and Arrears of Tithes and Compositions for Tithes for such years, to such of the Persons entitled thereunto as may be desirous of obtaining Relief under this Act, and to make provision for the re-payment of such io Advances by Instalments in the next Five Years;
