Dear Madam:
I have your letter of September
5th.
The trust deed provides that in
case of the death of Hazlett the trustees
shall convey and assign the trust estate to
“the heirs of said Hazlett as the same may
exist by law at the time of his said Hazlett’s
death, according to their right in fee simple
and absolutely.”
I trust this information will en-
able you to answer the letter of A.A. Campbell,
which I return herewith.
