hand and we are sorry
to know of Jennie having
the measles, it is very
likely it will go round
the family, and Baby
is so young
I think you and
aunt will have your
hands full, I am so
sorry your aunt has got
another Cold, but hope
she will soon be better
Yes I thought of you
yesterday and the
Kind of weather we had
on that day
Well I think
the folks has given up
writing as neither of
the Rebeccas answered
my letters
Yesterday I had
a letter from Mrs Mary
Travis, stating her
son Charles has just
got married and also
John Sullivan he
he [sic] is married since
last July with a prospect
of Enlarging his
family
Well Milo Warrenburg
Died Saturday night
was Buried on Tuesday
from the Church your
Uncle attended the funeral
Mrs [Lenfesteys?] father
was quite an old man
Your uncle is
making some garden
to day [today?]
I was in hopes
you were coming to see
us soon but I suppose
It will be some time
till then
I hope Jennie
will get over her sickness

see her next week
