William £20 - Anne £30 Rob [Robert?] £40.
Ellen dr. [daughter?] of Willm [William?] £10 --
My wife shall have spotted Heiffer [heifer?] to be
grazed on the land. A fair support to be give by Audley
to his mother, such as shall be named by two respectable
men. All the land and stock & furniture to go to Audley
and I [stained] that above mentioned [stained]

I Audley Brown of Rathneey being of sound & disposing mind
do hereby make this my last Will & Testament.  I do hereby
bequeath to my son William Brown the sum of Twenty pounds,
to my daughter Anne the sum of thirty Pounds, to my son
Robert the sum of Forty Pounds, & to Ellen the daughter of
my son William the sum of Ten Pounds, the said sums to be
paid off my farm as hereinafter mentioned.  I also bequeath
to my dear wife the short horned spotted Heiffer, [heifer?]
which is to be grazed & supported for her use off the farm:
& it is also my will & pleasure that she my Wife shall
receive from my son Audley a fair support, such as shall be
named by any two respectable men to be appointed by them.
I leave & bequeath to my son Audley Brown all the land,
crop, stock, & furniture of which I cUdri?] possessed, but
subject to the payment of each & every of the above
mentioned legacies.  It is also my will & pleasure that the
Ten Pounds left to my grandaughter Ellen shall be invested
at interest for her use, & that the principal sum shall not
be paid to her until she is either married or shall attain
the age of Twenty-one years, whichever shall first happen.
And I do hereby appoint Eadie McClay of Laghey [Laghy?], &
my son Audley Brown as Executors of this my last Will &
Testament,
In witness whereof I have hereto signed my name on this
sixteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred & seventy five
Signed and published as my last Will & Testament
of Audley Brown of Rathneeny in our presence
in the presence of each other on the within named
day.
