Realty Co. When Morgan

against sec [section?] 25 for
5,418. the 400 was evidently
to pay back the directors of
the Leader Realty Co yet
Mr [Lemele's?] figures are
5,433,32 to be paid
Gurley & Richardson. This
433,32 being over & above.
the $5,000 of the contract agreed
to by the Dr to settle with G.& R.
