Court of the Irish Land Commission.
Land The Commissioners appointed under the Land Law (Ireland) Acts have many functions or^^on of a judicial character, therefore it is necessary in this Report to refer to the judicial portion of their proceedings, and it is convenient to do so here, as the questions dealt with are somewhat allied to those under the Act of 1870—dealt with above— and are mainly determined in the Courts of the Sub-Commissions which are most properly dealt with as part of the local administration of justice.
It is unnecessary to give here a detailed account of the business of the Court of the Land Commission as the Reports of the Commissioners contain full information on the subject.
