Tried at Downpatrick Quarter Sessions, 

7th October 1879, and acquitted. 
Grand Jury found no bill at Belfast Winter Assizes in December 1879. 
The injured man declined to prosecute his brother. 
{Cousins and Magill returned for trial 

to Armagh Assizes, and the others discharged. 
Tried at Gilford Petty Sessions, 24th 

September 1879, and case dig. 
missed. 
Tried at Newry Quarter Sessions, and 

Grand Jury found no bill. 
Returned for trial to Downpatrick Assizes in Spring 1880. 
No bill found by Grand Jury at Down¬ patrick Quarter Sessions, on 1st January 1880. 
Tried at Downpatrick Quarter Sessions, 

17th June 1879, and acquitted. 
Tried at Spring A ssizes, Downpatrick, 15th March 1879, and acquitted.

trial to Downpatrick Spring Assizes, from Newry Petty Sessions.
