Appendix III, Order of the Master of the Rolls for delivery of Unproved 

Wills to Probate Division for purpose of proof. 
When, and as often as it may become necessary, for the purposes of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice in Ireland, that any Original Will, which has not been proved, and winch has been removed to the Public Record Office under Warrant of the Master of the Rolls, should be remitted to said Division for the purpose of being proved there, on the proper Officer (certified to be such by one of the Registrars) attending at the Public Record Office, and presenting such certificate, and giving his receipt in the terms annexed, let such Will be delivered to said Officer, to be retained at the Probate Division until further Order.

I certify that the Will of now deposited in the Public Record Office, is required at the Probate Division for the pmpose of being proved, and that is the proper Officer to receive same.
