Provisional Orders. 
31 of the two-bhilluig rate leviable under the provisional order of 1875 in the construction and repair of bridges, and to embody in the order certain clauses of the Grand Jury Act, with the view of giving the Town Commissioners the aame powers and control with regard to Boad Contractors and the maintenance of roads as those possessed by Grand Juries. 
From the Board of Guardians of the Armagh Union for power to put in force the provisions of the Lands Clauses Acts with re¬ spect to the purchase and taking of lands otherwise than by agreement in regard to certain lands, in addition to those referred to in the provisional order of the 10th May, 1876, such lands being required for purposes in connexion with the works re¬ ferred to in that order for the purpose of supplying the Town and District of Keady with water. 
From the Board of Guardians of Cork Union for power to put in force the provisions of the Lands Clauses Acts with respect to the purchase and taking of lands otherwise than by agreement for the purpose of providing a supply of water for the inhabi¬ tants of Little Island, near Glanmire, in the County of Cork. 
From the Board of Guardians of Cork Union for powers to put in force the provisions of the Lands Clauses Act* with respect to the taking and purchase of lands otherwise than by agreement with a view to enlarging the old churchyard at Queenstown. 
From the Town Commissioners of Waterford for power to borrow £15,000 for the completion of Water-works, in addition to £50,000 alreadv borrowed under the Waterford AVater Act, 1871. 
From the Town Council of Clonmel for the transfer of the jurisdiction, power, and authority of the Grand Juries of the Counties of Tipperary and Waterford over the roads, bridges, footpaths, and public works within the Borough of Clonmel to the Town Council, to prevent further presentments being made by the Grand Juries with regard to such roads and works after the transfer, and to provide for the making and levying of further rates to enable the Town Council to defray the expenses con¬ sequent on such transfer. 
From the Town Commissioners of DundaLk for the transfer of the jurisdiction, power, and authority of the Grand Jury of the County of Louth over the roads, bridges, footpaths, and public works within the Borough of Dundalk to the Town Commis¬ sioners, to prevent further presentments being made by the Grand Jury with regard to such works after the transfer, and to provide for the making and levying of further rates to enable the Town Commissioners to defray the expenses consequent on such transfer. 
From the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of Cork, being the " Local Authority" for the borough of Cork urban sanitary district, under the Artisans and Labourers' Dwellings Improve¬ ment Act, 1875, for a provisional order confirming an improve¬ ment scheme for certain unhealthy areas therein set forth.
