4-At next Sum¬ mer and every suc¬ ceeding Asbizeb, Grand Jury of the CountY of the City of Cork to make usual Pre¬ sentments. 

No Present¬ iment by them relative to portion of Liberties out¬ side Borough Boundaries, nor for paving or repairing Streets,"&c.of 
parts of Li¬ berties in the Borough Boundaries. 

5\ Boundaries of Borough of Cork to be Boundaries of County of the City of Cork. 

Money pre¬ sented on County of City to bo applotted 

according to Valuation made under Poor Relief Acts. 

And be it Enacted, That every such Presentment shall be valid and effectual to all intents and purposes whatsoever, without any appli¬ cation or approval in that behalf at any Presentment Sessions; and that it shall be lawful for the Recorder of the borough of Cork to fiat the said respective Presentments, or such of them as he shall think fit; 5 and such Presentments so fiated as aforesaid shall be valid, to all intents and purposes respectively, as if the same had been made by the Grand Jury at the Assizes, and duly fiated by the Judge of Assize. 
And be it Enacted, That at the next ensuing Summer and every succeeding Assizes to be holdcn for the county of the city of Cork, it 10 shall and may be lawful to and for the Grand Jury of the county of the said city to present, to be raised off the county of the city of Cork, such sum and sums, and for such purposes relating to the county of the city of Cork, according to the boundaries thereof in that behalf specified and appointed by the said Acts of the third and fourth ,5 years of the reign of Her present Majesty, as the Grand Jury of the county of the city of Cork could or might have presented before the said Act of the third and fourth years of Her present Majesty's reign came into operation: Provided always, That it shall not be lawful for such Grand Jury to present any sum or sums of money 20 in relation to any work to he executed in that portion of the liberties of the said city of Cork which is not included within the boundaries of the county of the city of the borough of Cork, as defined under the said Act, nor any sum or sums of money for paving, repairing or keeping in repair any street, road, public way or public passage in 25 that portion of the said liberties which is within the boundaries of the county of the city of the said borough as so defined. 
And be it Declared and Enacted, That for all purposes of Grand Jury Presentments the boundaries of the county of the citv of the borough of Cork shall be the boundaries of the county of the city of 30 Cork, and that for such purposes the distinctions hereinbefore men¬ tioned in relation to the city, suburbs and liberties of Cork, shall cease and be and be deemed to be no longer in force, save only as to Presentments to be made under the provisions of this Act by the members of the Grand Jury who have served at the said Spring 35 Assizes, or a Majority of their members; and all sums of money which shall from time to time be presented to be raised, or which shall under the provisions of this Act be raised off the city and suburbs of Cork, or off the county of the city of Cork, shall be applotted, collected and levied upon the same respectively, according to the 40 relative annual value of the several sub-denominations of the lands and tenements within the boundaries appointed for the said city and suburbs of the said borough, according to the valuation of each such tenement and portion of land as contained in the rate
