What are the Penalties for taking Persons [...?]
[Nova Scotia?] from their Country.

            It is unlawful to induce any manufacturer,
workman or artisan to go abroad out of the British
dominions, and their [.......?] regulations as to
the number &c to be taken in one [.....?] I cannot
find any other law on the subject & the former
does not seem to apply to this case as Nova Scotia
is in the British dominions.
