MORTUARY.
Died May 20th, 1903, Mrs. Bridget Doran (nee Besch) at the
family residence one and one half miles north of Sublette,
[Illinois?] aged 56 years, 3 months and seven days. Born
at Buffalo Plains, Erie Co.[County?], N.Y. [New York?],
Feb. 13, 1847, living there until 1874 when she was united
in marriage to William Doran. Coming west settled in Lee
county [Illinois?] where eight children were born by this
union seven of whom survive her four sons and three
daughters. The funeral took place at St. Mary's Catholic
church Saturday, May 23, at 10 o'clock. All that was mortal
of her was laid to rest in St. Mary's cemetery adjoining.
