I Anna K. McCurdy of the City of Philadelphia,
singlewoman being in good health and of
sound and disposing mind memory and underestimating
do hereby make and publish this as and
for my last Will and Testament hereby revoking
all former wills be, me at any time hereafter made.
First, My will is that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executive herein after
named as soon after my decease as may be
convenient.
Then, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved
sister Lily McCurdy all my Estate Real personal
and mixed of every nature and kind and wheresoever
the same may be situate of which I may die seized
or possessed or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my decease.
Lastly, I nominate and appoint my said
sister Lily McCurdy to be the sole Executive of this
my last will and testamemt.
In witness whereof I the said Anna K. McCurdy
have to this my last will and testament
set my hand and seal this twelfth day of
November in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and ninety five.

Anna R McCurdy as and for her last will and testament
in the presence of us who at the request of said
Testatrix have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto in the presence of said Testament and of each

J.B. Jardella - the subscribing witnesses
to the foregoing last will of Anna R. McCurdy
deceased, and on their solemn oath did say that
they were present and did see and hear Anna R. McCurdy
deceased, the Testatrix therein named -sign- seal, publish and
declare the same as and for her last will -
and testament - and that at the doing thereof she
was of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the
best of their knowledge and belief.

I do swear that as the Executive of the
foregoing last Will and Testament of Anna R. McCurdy
deceased, I will well and truly administer the goods and
chattels, rights and credits of said deceased, according to law;
and that I will diligently and faithfully regard and
well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to
Collateral Inheritances. That the said Testamant died on the
16th day of September A.D. 1899 at 9 0'clock A.M.

of Wills for the City and County aforesaid, after due proof and
hearing had, according to the Laws of the said State, IT IS
ORDERED AND DECREED, that the last Will and Testament of Anna R.
McCurdy late of said City and County, deceased, be
duly admitted to probate and filed of record in the office of
the Register of Wills of the said City and County.
