In consequence of a representation had
before the Lord Lieutenant of the Case of William Orr of the
parish of Antrim who was transported to New South Wales in the
year 1799 his Exellency has recommended that he should be
permitted to return to Ireland, and I have the honour to send
you a copy of a letter from the Under Secretary of State
signifying that the necessary steps will be Immediately taken
agreeably to His Excellency's desire
