      FOR NEW YORK
To Sail direct from Belfast, positively on the 9th December.
The Splendid, Magnificent United-States built Ship
                       CERES,
1,200 Tons Burthen, HENRY HODGE, Commander.
This Superior Ship is now in Port, and will be punctually
despatched from Belfast, to the city of New York on the above
date, She will be fitted up in the Second Cabin and Steerage
in a most comfortable manner for the accommodation of Passengers,
under an immediate inspection of Lieutenant Starke, the Government
Agent.  She will have the usual allowance of Bread-Stuffs and Pork,
agreeable to the new American Law, with abundance of pure Water
and Fuel.  Persons intending to Emigrate will please examine the
CERES, before engaging in any other Ship, and as a large numbert
of berths are already engaged early application is necessary to
secure a place in her.
