To repeal certain Duties of Excife, and alio certain
Stamp Duties, in Ireland^ and to grant certain new
Stamp Duties in lien thereof; and to amend the Laws
relating to the Stamp Duties in Irelaiid.

in Ireland:


And whereas in lieu of the faid Duties, and towards raifmg-the Supplies
granted to Your Majefrj, and neceflary for the Support of Your Majeflj's
Government, the Commons of Great Britain and Ireland, in Parliament
affembled, have refolved co grant to Your Majefty certain new and other
Duties on ftamped Vellum and Parchment, and Paper, and on other Ar¬
ticles and Things, under the Management of the Conamiffioners of Stamp
Duties in Irj;la7id:


And DO moft hiimhly befeech Your MAJESTY,


That it may be Enaded; 0TlB it Ena&gD by the KING's Moft
Excellent Maj-esty, by and with the Advice and Confent of the Lords
Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this j)refent Parliament alfem-
bled, and by the Authority of the fame, That from and after the Expiration
of Ten Days after the paffing of this Aft, there lhall be railed, levied, col- grjnteH, ac-
lefted, and paid in Ireland, unto His Majefty, His Heirs and SuccelTors, for scheduk'"
and in refpe£l of the feveral luftruments, Articles, Matters and Things
mentioned, enumerated, and defcribed in the Schedule to this Aft annexed,
