Local Registration of Title (Ireland) Act, 1891, to the county of Cork. 
BE it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and 

with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 5 1. 
There shall be one local office only under the principal Local office 

Act for the county of Cork, and that office shall be situated fortne in the city of Cork, or in such other place in the county of Cork. 
Cork as may be sanctioned by the Lord Chancellor. 

2. 
The Clerk of the Crown and Peace for the west riding of Clerk of the 10 the county of Cork appointed, under the style and title of Clerk p^ of the Crown and Peace of and for the county of Cork, by an west riding Order of the Lord Lieutenant in Council dated the twenty-ninth ^rfc/So-of February eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, and his successor rity.° 
in office for the time being, shall be taken to be and shall be 15 the Clerk of the Crown and Peace for the county of Cork for 

all the purposes of the principal Act. 

3. 
All acts done prior to the passing of this Act in connection Validation of with the registration of land in the county of Cork by any Clerk acts-of the Crown and Peace for either riding of the county of Cork, 20 or by his direction, or by any person acting under the direction 

of the Lord Chancellor, are hereby declared to be as valid and effectual as if they had been done by or under the direction of a duly qualified registering authority under the principal Act. 

4. 
In this Act the expression " the county of Cork " 

means Definition. 
25 the county at large, including the county borough of Cork.
