Dear Bob,
The Power is certainly
comprehensive, but it would not be
much use otherwise. We have entrusted
Judge Henderson with our claims
and it seems to me that we should
at the earliest possible moment,
place him in a position to deal
with every circumstance that may
arise in the case. If he obtains
Power of Atty from a majority
Of the claimants, he may get
charge of the admin[?] of Hazlettās
Estate, which should be of great
advantage to us. After [?]
[?], I completed my copy of the Power before
the N.S. Consul here, & returned it
to Messers. MacGrath & Son
